The Challenge

Little Green Rooms designs and builds sustainable garden rooms in its own Bristol workshop. Since Jack Shaw founded the business in 2021, it has installed more than 500 rooms across the South of England and Wales.

In 2025, it opened a new showroom in Bristol. Aiming for growth, the team wanted three things: more high-quality leads, more people through the showroom door, and greater brand awareness. For that, they needed a team who could run with their advertising straight away.

Google had always performed well. Meta, though, had been dormant, with very little data to learn from. And because a garden room is a considered and high-value purchase, sheer volume of enquiries alone wouldnโ€™t be enough. They had to come from people who connected with the brand and the craft behind it.

Our Approach

A Joined-Up Strategy

We ran Google and Meta together across the whole customer journey. Meta introduced the brand to new audiences, Google reached people already searching, and remarketing turned leads into showroom visits. Our activity aligned to offline activations, with local ads around LGR’s billboard near Bristol Temple Meads.

Bringing Meta to Life

With little account history to work from, we set Meta up to aim for tangible results, like brochure downloads, from the get-go, whilst simultaneously starting to build brand awareness. That taught the platform who to look for, and we continued to refine audiences and locations to find the highest-quality buyers.

Creative for Every Customer

Garden rooms offer different things to different people. To get the best out of Andromeda, Metaโ€™s latest ad algorithm, creative depicted a range of individuals from potters and remote workers to retirees in gardens from urban Bristol to rural plots, with ads tailored to each stage of the buying process. Installation time-lapses performed well, and we kept testing and refining them together.

Quality Over Quantity

Leads are only valuable if theyโ€™re likely to become customers. We plugged valuable first-party data from Little Green Roomsโ€™ sales and CRM systems back into its ad platforms, so the algorithms could see which leads became customers and find more like them. As well as the marketing team, we worked closely with the sales team to ensure customer questions and concerns shaped the advertising.

Close to the Business

We wanted to really get under the skin of Little Green Rooms and what makes them different. To do so, we met regularly in person with the founder and the marketing, sales, and creative teams. This open, honest relationship gave us real human insight into the product, the customer, and the sales process, and kept our advertising true to the mission, quality, and craft of the brand.

The Impact

What the client had to say

โ€œAs a founder with very little digital marketing knowledge, I have in the past struggled to build trusting relationships with digital agencies. But from my first introduction to Sally and Harriet at Floresco, I felt in safe, honest, and extremely competent hands.

“They have been a pleasure to work with and have helped support my business through a period of high growth. I have complete confidence in both their ability and focus to help my business achieve its goals. I would recommend Floresco to anyone looking to take paid media marketing to the next level.โ€

โ€“ Jack Shaw, Founder, Little Green Rooms

โ€œThe team at Floresco has helped us grow not just our business but also our confidence in how we spend our paid media budget. They’ve guided us to reach and convert new customers across channels, with a full-funnel approach and continual optimisation.

“With genuine belief and care for our business, it feels like they are an internal department โ€“ and right behind everything we do in the marketing team.โ€

Results in Full

Twelve months in, Google and Meta are now Little Green Rooms’ two biggest sources of brochure downloads and showroom bookings, and their brand awareness is booming.

Meta has been transformed, and now sends around ten times as many people to the website as the year before. And Google has grown alongside it; brochure downloads from Google Ads rose 202% year-on-year. And brand building is working, with the number of branded searches 4x higher than the previous year.

In 2026, we’ve supported Little Green Rooms through a brand refresh and a new website, launched ads on Microsoft’s Bing, and started expanding into London. With more channels still to come, weโ€™ve built a strong foundation for our ongoing partnership and their next stage of growth.
