𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘁 👋

Harriet Barter is one of our co-founders (alongside Sally Hunt). And with over a decade in the industry, she's picked up a thing or two. Across several agencies, a lot of clients, and more than a few countries.

But where did it all begin?

Harriet joined SearchStar as an entry-level Account Executive and worked her way up to Account Director. She navigated lockdown along the way, most notably working with Intrepid Travel. So much "pivoting" 🫠.

That said, it wasn't all turbulence, and some of the ecommerce businesses she worked with absolutely exploded during that year.

Over the past ten years, she's led various media teams and worked with more clients than she could possibly name. Across a plethora of industries, spanning the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, the UAE, and beyond.

And then Floresco happened. But you know that part already.

When she's not working, Harriet is solar powered ☀️ and happiest outdoors, usually away in a tent or in the trusted campervan, Bertie.

Depending on the season (and the weather forecast), you'll find her skiing, running (sometimes), hiking, surfing, or climbing. And when the elements aren't cooperating? She's throwing heavy weights around at CrossFit (guilty and proud 🏋️) or recovering from said heavy weights at yoga.

She's also eating and drinking her way around the Bristol food and coffee scene, and usually has her head in a good book - recommendations please 🙏

Angharad W. is the newest addition 🥳 to the Floresco team - though if you know her, you probably know her as Haddie (much to her very proudly Welsh mother's dismay).

But where did it all begin?

From there, Haddie took a detour into luxury travel, arranging tailor-made trips for HNW clients as part of a tiny four-person team. Here, she got her first real taste of in-house marketing, from events and PR to email and content.

Then came agency life at Adapt, where she stayed for over four years, progressing to Senior Account Manager. Here, Haddie worked across a brilliant mix of brands, from estate agents and pet insurance to small-group travel and architectural hardware eCommerce.

Her strengths? Paid social, especially - she's highly visual and loves the blend of creativity and performance.

One month in, and she's already hit the ground running - Bristol breakfast learning mornings, office days, in-person client meetings, and plenty more in the diary.

When she's not working, there's a good chance you'll find her talking about the very slow progress on her house renovation (inspo board in hand).

She loves a gig - nothing too poppy, and she's happiest when at a pub or bar en route to live music. And when she can, she's in the mountains: skiing in winter, hiking in summer, usually with her dog, Pepper 🐕.
